Quick Pickle Kit Beginnings
Quick Pickle Kit is a labor of love developed by Andrea Wasko and Meaghan Gilbert utilizing Andrea’s mother’s recipes that have been in their family for over 100 years.
Andrea grew up loving home-canned pickles. Once Andrea made her home in California, she looked forward to the pickled gifts her mother sent on holidays. However, her busy lifestyle rarely allowed her to devote days to her own canning.
Determined to enjoy great tasting pickles without the hassle of traditional canning methods, she conceived the idea for the Quick Pickle Kit. The Quick Pickle Kit is the perfect blend of nostalgic, flavorful recipes, with a pickling process that helps you make delicious pickles in a fraction of the time with minimal effort.
We are excited to share our Quick Pickle Kit process and timeless recipes with you. We hope that your family will enjoy them as much as our family has over the years.
US SBA Small Business Persons of the Year
Andrea and Meaghan received the US Small Business Administration (SBA) Small Business Persons of the Year award. The US SBA awards the Small Business Persons of the Year to small business owners who represent the nation’s strong entrepreneurial spirit and rich diversity.

We’re on a mission to utilize our business and our products as tools to create a healthier and more caring world. We do this one Quick Pickle Kit at a time. We empower women and celebrate diversity, provide jobs for adults with disabilities, volunteer as Community Emergency Response Teams members, volunteer in schools and colleges to teach future generations of entrepreneurs. We are passionate about supporting social causes that align with our values to make the world a kinder place where all are empowered to lead their best life.
